Because Lovely, time is the most valuable asset you have.
So, letās get into my tips for being productive and growing your professional network online!
3 Tips to Grow Your Professional Network Online
TIP #1: Leverage Your Social Media Accounts
Social Media is the perfect tool to start networking online. From Facebook to LinkedIn, there are some great sites to help build your contacts.
When used correctly, social media has two major benefits:
- You can stay in touch with current connections
- And you can build new connections with people from all over the world
Youāre not limited by the people you can meet face-to-face.
When building a professional network through social media itās always a great idea to set-up a Personal (Business) profile.
Keep this profile separate from your personal profile.
Your personal Facebook profile is for things like dog (or cat) photos, interacting with family, keeping track of personal events, etc.
I use my Personal (Business) profile regularly.
Think about it as more of a āprofessionalā or āLinked-Inā type profile.
It can be an effective tool to use alongside a business page and can help build a great online presence to boost engagement.
AND you can connect with everyone you need to while keeping things professional.
Win, win!
If youāre thinking āThis is great Grace, but Iām not sure how to make these work for my own businessā Iād love to help you! You can join my own exclusive Doers Inner Circle for $1 USD and get access to myself, my team and all of our Doing strategies right now š
Set yourself a daily connection target, such as ātwo quality LinkedIn contacts per dayā.
Another great thing to do on social media is to join relevant Facebook Groups.
Facebook groups are like untapped diamond mines…they can be a great place to generate contacts!
The key is to add value to the group. Try not to be too spammy to begin with, positive engagement is the key.
Join as MANY groups as you can that relate to your market/ industry. Anything and everything that relates to your business.
Search for groups that have active communities and include people who you want to try to connect with.
Look for places where you can grow strategic relationships.
But avoid sales groups or promotional groups.
And regularly share what youāre up to by posting!
When you connect with someone who you could see being beneficial in your professional network, try reaching out via messenger.
TIP #2: Use Your Existing Network To Make New Connections.
If you have anyone in your existing network who you think would recommend you to other connections… go for it and ask for an introduction!
Youāve got nothing to lose on this one š
Make sure youāre specific with the kinds of connections youāre searching for.
Try using a framework that includes:
- Iām looking for connections with ____ expertise
- Because I can help them with ____
- Or, I want to enquire about ____
It never hurts to take initiative and just ask the question.
The worst youāre going to hear back is ānoā.
And in 99% of cases that ānoā will be followed with ābecause, I think this person would be a better fitā.
If you donāt have anyone specific to reach out to, try posting a status stating your general needs.
Post an enquiry in a facebook group, or a status from your business profile.
Youāll be surprised at how many people need to pick up what youāre putting down š
TIP #3: Use Technology To Your Advantage.
When youāre isolated itās easy to feel like youāre disconnected with the outside world.
But, luckily there is a plethora of technology available at your fingertips to help you stay connected.
And, many of these tools can be utilized to help grow your professional network.
Nothing beats the benefits of having a face-to-face chat over coffee….
BUT with Skype, Zoom, and other tools you can get pretty darn close to the same experience.
Asking someone to ācatch-up for coffee over Zoomā can be a fun way to make an introduction.
Virtual conferences are popping up everywhere, and there are some great ones for every type of market.
Do some research and see if there are any virtual courses or conferences you can attend.
These are great places to meet more people in your field, you just need to embrace this new virtual landscape š
And there you have it Lovely, three of my top tips for growing your professional network from the comfort of your own home or office.
While we can all agree that we are looking forward to the day we can meet people face-to-face….
The tips we discussed can be a great way to make sure you donāt slow down your business growth while isolated.
Remember, just because the world is a little crazy right now doesnāt mean you should stop your efforts to support, and even grow, your business.
If youāre ready to hit the ground running, and safeguard your business for years to come, you can take the first step and join my Doers Inner Circleā¦ and because youāve already shown youāre a Doer I want to let you inside on a $1 USD Trial! Click through here and youāll get straight inside my exclusive community for a single buck š
Your market needs you now more than ever.
And itās your responsibility to make sure your business not only survives, but THRIVES once the worst is over.
Onto bigger and better things Darl!

Hey lovely,
Grace hereā¦
In a previous blog, you read all about why most advertisers really should boycott Facebook advertising in 2020ā¦
Itās become way too expensive!
However, youāve already learned that if you have a āGive First Funnelā, it doesnāt matter how expensive Facebook ads areā¦
Or how much competition you haveā¦
You can profit handsomely!
If you havenāt read that yet, you can read it here:
Today Iām going to share with you a Facebook ad strategy that will help you when it comes to launching YOUR most successful Facebook ad yetā¦
And overtaking your competitors in the process.
Now, at this point, Iām sure youāre excited about using Facebook ads to get high paying clientsā¦
Especially without doing time-sucking lead generation strategies you might be used to.
You know, cold calling, posting in Facebook groups, going to network events, right?!
But, you must also be feeling a little intimidated by this whole thing.
How can you stand out in a space which has a lot of your competitors already advertising in?
Maybe youāve tried Facebook paid advertising before and itās fallen flatā¦
(Despite ticking all the boxes, like figuring out Facebook Ads Manager, creating your ad and custom audience, getting the right targeting options… crafting a glossy rotation of ad sets… and figuring out how to drive traffic to the right landing page where thereās a single call to action – sooo many things to think about, right?)
So youāre not sure if this new approach is just a waste of time.
Facebook is great in theory, but maybe in reality, this social media platform seems not all itās cracked up to be.
(Heck, even just figuring out the right Facebook ad types can be a recipe for frustration.)
Well, if this sounds familiar, the first thing I want to tell you today isā¦
Youāre not alone.
And itās totally not your fault.
There is SO much advice floating around out there when it comes to Facebook adsā¦
Pssst thereās a LOT more I have to share with you about my personal tips for attracting clientsā¦ and because youāve taken the step to read this blog youāre ready to take the first one, right? So Iām going to let you in on it all for a single buck. Click through here and join My Doers Inner Circle on a $1 Trial and get access to my 7-figure strategies as well as the support of over 2000 like-minded female entrepreneurs.
It can be so hard to know which parts to take, and which parts to leave.
All the gurus out there want to tell you to dedicate the majority of your time to making Facebook workā¦
That itās going to cost you an arm and a legā¦
That convoluted marketing funnels and sneaky strategies to attract the right target audience are your best bet to Facebook success.
Ugh.
If youāve struggled to sift through the Facebook jargon and make an actual return on your investmentā¦
Thatās because these guys donāt have your best interests in mind.
Why?
They exist to pump you with complicated advice just so you buy their overpriced programs.
The difference in my Facebook ad approach is that Iām not here to tell you how you can make conversions from your ads (though, I know thatāll happen anyway)ā¦
Nope, Iām here to help you make CONVERSATIONS with your clientsā¦ instead of just targeting a bunch of Facebook users and hoping for the best.
To help you see Facebook not as pit where your credit card goes to dieā¦
But as a powerful platform which you can harness to start transforming the lives of your ideal clientsā¦
And leading them into a space where they can work closely with you, and finish that transformation off.
Thatās where the āGive Firstā part of this approach shines.
Because if you know me well you knowā¦
I LOVE to be giving to my market first.
Before offering them my key product or service, or booking them in for a consult, I want to be providing them with some form of value.
(See this blog post for all the details on my system)
This is the role of a lead magnet in my Facebook Ad Funnel, and ever since I discovered this way of thinking about my adsā¦
Well, itās been a total game-changer.
Not just for me, but for the female entrepreneurs Iāve coached in this process too.
The truth of the matter is:
Facebook is becoming way too expensive to take any other approach.
Itās a cluttered space where everyoneās looking for video views, brand awareness and the greatest success from their Facebook ad campaign.
We simply canāt afford to waste our time and funds on ads that donāt convertā¦
Or else we may as well boycott this Facebook thing altogether. ?
I donāt mean to be all āimpending doomā, but facts are facts:
Skipping the āgive firstā step and going straight for the kill with really aggressive ads that go straight for the sale right up frontā¦
Just doesnāt work.
Facebook Ads are just too expensive these days.
So many advertisers make the mistake of skipping this stepā¦
And I get it, Facebook is a misunderstood platform.
Even just managing a Facebook page can be a time-sucking task, let alone wrapping your head around all the bells and whistles of advertising.
When I first started dipping my toes in the Facebook ad pool, I had the same misunderstandings.
You see, Iād come from a marketing agency that focussed on SEO and Google Ads, which were an entirely different ball game.
Iād run ads for my clients, and Iāll tell you what, their prospects were HOT.
In marketing terms, I meanā¦
They were actively searching for a solution to their problem, and all but typing in the name of the company to find it!
Thatās just how it is with Google audiencesā¦
Theyāre much more receptive to a direct offer approach.
If theyāre looking for a yoga studio in Sydney, you can say, āCome to my yoga studio in Sydney!ā
If theyāre looking for help getting their kids to sleep, you can say, āLet me help you get your kids to sleepā.
If theyāre looking for a relationship coach, you can say, āNeed help with your relationship? Book in nowāā¦
You can all but knock on the door of a hot prospect and ask them to hand their credit card over to you, and theyād say yes.
But on Facebookā¦
Well, not so much.
I realised very quickly that my Facebook markets were not looking for me.
Theyāre scrolling through Facebook watching funny cat videos and checking out pictures of their friends weddingsā¦
Theyāre not asking you to help them with their misbehaving kid.
So rocking up on their doorstep, so to speak ā well that wouldnāt do you anything but get you a restraining order!
When I started advertising my business GraceLever.com through Facebook, I learnt really quickly I needed to take a different approach with this cooler audienceā¦
A Give-First approach.
I needed to figure out a way to interrupt them as they were scrolling through their feedā¦
And help them see that Iāve got what they need, whether they know they need it or not!
The truth is, this did require a bit of a mind-shift for meā¦
As it has for heaps of women Iāve worked with launching their own Facebook ads too.
I know first hand that when it comes to marketing our products, we just want to share the solution we have to their problem!
We know our offer is superior to any training theyāve experienced beforeā¦
We know our framework could quite literally change their entire lifeā¦
And we just want to help them get out of the painful hole theyāre trapped in.
So why canāt we just tell them that?
Why canāt we just put our course, or coaching program, or workshop in front of them and ask them to buy it then and there?
Well hereās the thingā¦
Regardless of how amazing, iconic and life-changing your offer might beā¦
There are a lot of factors at play holding them back.
Thereās actually two reasons why people wonāt buy from you, and without addressing them in one way or another, I realised I was essentially powerless.
The first reason is, they donāt trust YOU.
Interrupting their time of mindless scrolling by telling them I was here to change their life with my new $2,000 courseā¦
Only sent their guard right up.
And how could I blame them?
They didnāt know me, or like me, so why was I expecting them to trust me with their money or their problems?
I realised that I needed to break through this barrier and provide them with a reason to trust me first, through my lead magnet.
The lead magnet was an opportunity to prove that I was an expert, so they could get to know me.
And if youāre thinking āThis is great Grace, but Iām not sure how to do this myselfā Iād love to help you! You can join my own exclusive Doers Inner Circle for $1 USD and get access to myself, my team and all of our Doing strategies right now š
It showed that I was generous, so they could like meā¦
And it gave light to real results Iād seen, so they could trust me.
A high priced program from someone Iāve never heard of that might not even work?
No thanksā¦
But a free training from an expert, that helps me achieve an easy win to one of the most plaguing problems Iām experiencing at the moment?!
Yes please!
So, regardless of how amazing I knew my offer was, I found that I needed to first help my prospects see that they could trust me by giving them that lead magnet firstā¦
And then take them through the rest of the funnel to sell my high-ticket item.
But I also needed to combat one other roadblockā¦
They werenāt buying from my upfront ads because they didnāt trust themselves.
Theyād failed similar programs beforeā¦
So buying my product seemed pointless.
Your market are the sameā¦
They think their pain point is just too big to fix, no matter how snazzy your offer sounds.
Sure, I knew that my opportunity would be different for them, and would change their current situation (and consequently, their life).
Even if theyād āfailedā before, I knew this time would be differentā¦
But I also knew that if they didnāt trust themselves, I was powerless when it came to making them see that.
Thatās why this āGive First approachā was so powerful right from the startā¦
It gave them one small, but powerful, win towards their end goal.
Your lead magnet is a step they can commit to for free, that when they achieve it, itāll make them sayā¦
āOh, I can do this! Somethingās different this time!ā
See the power in that?
See how your lead magnet can get your prospects to trust you AND themselvesā¦
So by the time you offer them your main product or service, theyāre ready and excited to say yes?
So when I moved from my SEO marketing to Facebook advertisingā¦
Yeah ā total mind switch required.
But was it worth it? You betcha!
It didnāt take long at all bouncing between the two platforms to realise that Facebook quickly outweighed Google (oh, and Pinterest, Ad Words, YouTube, sponsorships, trade shows, and basically all the other platforms for advertising out there!)
When it came to my SEO advertisements, I was capped.
There are only so many people typing in āparenting coach, Californiaā, or āyoga teacher, Sydneyā,
into Google, right?
If I was lucky, Iād get 1000 people seeing my clientās adsā¦
But with Facebook ā boy oh boy!
Sure the audience was cooler (aka. less warm to the idea of buying)ā¦
But there is a HECK of a lot more of them!
Did you know there are 2.4 BILLION monthly active users on Facebook today?
Two.Four. Freaking. Billion.
Thatās a quarter of the planet!
Where I was getting 1000 hits on my ads before, now I was getting 10x -15x that much reach consistently!
Game-changer, right?!
And the difference in price ā far out.
In my SEO agency, my clients were spending $1,000 a month to have their ads appear in Google, with no guarantee of any kind of returnā¦
But on Facebook, I started talking cents instead of dollars when it came to getting in front of my market!
I started with $5 a day on my ads, making $10 back each time.
So I spent $10 and made $40ā¦ $100 and made $400ā¦
And after a few years in business, now I can fully justify spending hundreds of thousands on
Facebook ads every single year, because I know Iāll get it back.
Even as ad prices have spiked, and Iāve watched as others in my space have dropped out of the game, running scaredā¦
Iāve still been able to see consistently incredible results.
Why?
Because Iām not targeting my market for their cash, Iām targeting them for a conversation.
Iām providing them with incredible value, to kick off an incredible relationship Iām committing to offering them.
Iāve said goodbye to the convoluted, confronting and complicated marketing approaches the gurus on Facebook have told me to takeā¦
And instead decided to pursue simplicity instead.
By harnessing the power of my Facebook Ad Funnel, building out winning landing pages even though Iām not at all techy, and most of all by giving to my market firstā¦
Itās been a no-brainer for me to stick around the Facebook scene.
I guess the other question that usually comes up at this point isā¦
What do I actually GIVE my prospects through my lead magnet?
And although I understood why I should give, determining what I should give took a little longer.
Through some trial and error though, I found that there really were only two rules:
1. It HAD to be valuable.
The lead magnet I was providing had to be something that could stand on itās own and make people goā¦
āWow, she gave me this for FREE?! Thanks!ā
It had to be congruent with my final offer too, of course.
The right kind of people that wanted my lead magnet should have been the right kind of people for my end-offer too, right?!
So it had to be amazing value up front, butā¦
2. It also had to have a GAP.
It had to leave a void that only my offer or service could fill, and my prospects would see that when they arrived at my thank you page.
When I first started building up my lead magnets, I struggled to get my head around this conceptā¦
My core offer was helping female entrepreneurs to get clients for their own coaching businesses, and so I was creating a lead magnet to draw people in.
Was it value-packed ā absolutely.
Did it make them go, āwow!ā ā totally.
But did it leave a gap? Not at all.
You see, I was delivering on my promises to get those prospects clients in the lead magnet aloneā¦
So when they arrived at my client-getting offer, they would have just thoughtā¦
āBut I already know how to do that now?ā
Iāve seen the same thing with parenting coachesā¦
Their lead magnet might be, āThe 6 steps to raise a good kidā and their market LOVES it, because thatās a huge need they want solvedā¦
But when they arrive at the thankyou page and see that the offer centres around āHow to raise a good kidā tooā¦
They assume that problem is already solved for them.
Sure, you know your program gives away WAY more advice, and is way more value-packed to actually get them to that solutionā¦
But to them, itās not relevant anymore.
So, itās important to use your lead magnet to get them started in their journey to a transformation.
Instead of taking them from A-Z, itās about taking them from A-B, and offering C-Z on that thank you page, right!?
See the power of this yet?
Check out just a few examples of lead magnets my gorgeous clients have producedā¦
All by following this simple, but powerful approach!
Facebook can be hard to navigate what you are and arenāt supposed to do.
When it comes to launching ads, it can seem like the platform is reserved for experienced marketers only, right!?
Well, it doesnāt have to be that way.
A lot of the female entrepreneurs Iāve come across have already tapped out of the Facebook game and it breaks my heart.
Because the answer is so much more simple than they think.
Sure, thereās strategies and formulas that make actually getting your ads off the ground easier, and I can show you those soonā¦
But at the core of the whole thing, the approach is quite simple.
Youāve got something you want your market to have.
A solution to some of their deepest, darkest pain points.
And you know theyāll see it, because theyāre guaranteed to be one of the 2.4 billion people on the platform (right now, probably)ā¦
So, why not present it to them in a way that provides real, actionable value to them?
Instead of just shoving it in their face?
And why not take an approach that your competitors probably arenāt?
Your lead magnet is that secret sauce to turning struggling prospects into victorious clients, who have experienced real results all thanks to your program or service!
Itās a no brainer really, isnāt it?
Donāt take my word for it, check out what some of my members have experienced just from taking this give-first approach:
So awesome, right!?
At this point, Iām sure youāre getting excited at the thought of using Facebook ads to promote your businessā¦
And can see how valuable taking the āgive-firstā approach will be when you launch it.
But you might also be wonderingā¦
How do I actually write a Facebook ad?
Well, if this sounds familiar, Iāve got your back!
And if youāre feeling the value of this already blowing your business wide open, you can take it one step further and join my Doers Inner Circle for SO much moreā¦ and because youāve already shown youāre a Doer I want to let you inside on a $1 USD Trial! Hey lovely,
In this article, I’m going to show you how to build an email list for your first email marketing campaign using a simple and straightforward strategy.
Email marketing, itās been around for YEARS (decades even).
But, just like a fine wine it gets better with age.
Email isnāt even close to dying off. In fact, itās one of the few marketing channels that doesnāt show any signs of slowing down.
In part, this is due to the fact itās one of the only effective channels available to connect directly to current consumers AND potential customers.
Pretty darn cool, right?
While the theory of Email hasnāt changed much over the years (again, decades)… the practice has gone through a few evolutions.
There are now 3x more email accounts than Facebook & Twitter accounts combined.
Pssst thereās a LOT more I have to share with you about my personal tips for email marketingā¦ and because youāve taken the step to read this blog youāre ready to take the first one, right? And, you are 6x more likely to get a click-through from email than on Twitter.
WILD.
So all of this is WHY all serious entrepreneurs should use email.
Butā¦
That doesnāt mean itās not a little daunting if youāre just getting started.
Donāt worry Darl, we all start somewhere š
Inside this blog post, I’m going to uncover what to do before sending your first campaign.
Because, the best way to get ahead of the pack is to build a good foundation.
Ok, so now you know why I love email marketing.
And I hope youāre now thinking āWow, Grace, it sounds like I need email marketing in my lifeā¦ but how do I get it up and running?ā.
I get it, you need a gentle push in the right direction š
Before you send your first campaign, or even THINK about sending your first campaign there is ONE thing you need.
Any guesses?
Think about it, your email could be the best thing since sliced breadā¦ but itās not going to be effective without anyone to send it to!
Bingo Darl, itās your email list!
Sending a campaign to a scarce list is like talking to an empty room.
Itās time wasted and a little embarrassing (trust me Darl, I’ve been there).
Starting an email list can be really overwhelming.
BUT without a doubt email marketing is now my biggest asset, and itās SO worth it.
I can boast over 60,000 subscribers, and I have a lot of fun with my campaigns.
And yes, I use the word āboastā because I’m genuinely proud of my email list.Ā
Not just because of its size.
But, because my subscribers are genuinely awesome and super engaged.
Iām talking about quality over quantity Darl.
And I put this down to two things:
- I have taken steps to fill my list with the right people
- My email copy is excellent š
Ok, hereās the fun part. Time to start building your email list.Ā
But before we start I want to offer a few last words of encouragement. It doesnāt matter if youāre starting from zero or 5,000.
The key to making my email list building strategy work for you and your business, is the work YOU put in.
So, without further ado…
How to Build An Email List
First off, here is my top tip for building or growing your email list:
MY TOP TIP: Lead Magnets Should Be Your New Best Friend
Lead Magnets!
If you havenāt heard of them here’s a basic rundown:
Lead Magnets are basically special PDF downloadables in the form of templates, or checklists, or guides, or step-by-step blueprints, or anything else your potential clients are going to find serious value in.
And if youāre thinking āThis is great Grace, but Iām not sure how to do this myselfā Iād love to help you! You can join my own exclusive Doers Inner Circle for $1 USD and get access to myself, my team and all of our Doing strategies right now š
Think of them as your āfront doorā. Theyāre the first thing people see when they engage with you, and they should be designed to make a good first impression.
When built right, Lead Magnets can really live up to their name and bring in a whole bunch of new people for your mailing list.
A.k.a People who are already educated on what you have to offer (because they have read and LOVED your Lead Magnet), and are excited to pick-up what youāre putting-down.
You can grow your list without spending thousands, AND ensure itās an engaged, qualified list, filed with people who have the potential to turn into high-paying and loyal clients.
So, how do you create a Lead Magnet?
Well, first, grab a drink (coffee, tea, or wine) and a notepad. Find a comfy place on the couch.
Think about your Genius Zone, the unique perspective you have on a specific subject.
Now, write down a list of small nuggets of knowledge (taken directly from your Genius Zone), things that youāre willing to give away for free in order to attract your dream client.
What is your dream client struggling with?
It could be anything!
Whatever the problem, whether itās big or small, this is what you use to create your Lead Magnet.
Expand on that problem, and create a 1-5 page PDF that helps them solve that problem for free (but not completely – primarily this is to build a list BUT remember weāre trying to sell the whole cow to them later, so make sure youāre not giving away all the milk for free)
Then, after that, you take that PDF and start promoting it wherever your dream client hangs out online (i.e. in Facebook groups, LinkedIn groups, Facebook ads, Forums etc).
So very simply, the way it works isā¦
You start promoting this 1 piece of valuable content online, and because itās free, and because itās created specifically to help your dream client with a problem they have ā theyāre attracted to it.
They want it.
And so when they see it, they āclickā on your post or your ad to get it.
Kind of like fish being attracted to bait, right?
But hereās the ācatchā to this processā¦
Your prospects can only get access to this free, valuable piece of content if they give you their name and email address.
So, in essence, itās like an āethical bribe.ā
They get this super valuable piece of advice that helps them with a burning problemā¦
And you get their contact details in return so you can start emailing them more content and promotions.
Itās a win-win for everyone!
So, what did you write down?
What were your ideas for your own lead magnet?
Feeling inspired?
Sometimes all you need to achieve your goals is a little motivation and a lot of advice.
And the good news is, if you have written down your ideas you have already taken the first steps.
All you need to do is put those ideas into action.
And if youāre feeling the value of this already blowing your business wide open, you can take it one step further and join my Doers Inner Circle for SO much moreā¦ and because youāve already shown youāre a Doer I want to let you inside on a $1 USD Trial! Click through here and youāll get straight inside my exclusive community for a single buck š
Ideas alone donāt have the power to grow your business – thatās in your hands.
You now have the tools to start building up your mailing list.
BUT –
Building a business is about Doing (not Dreaming).
So, time to get DOING lovely!

Grace
From The Desk Of Grace Lever

Hey lovely,
By the end of this article, you’ll learn how to market your online courses using 4 different Facebook strategies.
Facebook, it can be a powerful marketing tool if you make it work for you (instead of the other way round).
Contrary to popular belief āFacebook Marketingā isnāt all about pouring money into expensive ads, and just hoping they convertā¦Ā
What if I told you that you could ditch the expensive, fancy, and convoluted marketing tricks… and fill your courses and programs for FREE instead?
Yep, when I first started selling my own courses, I went full organic.
And not the don’t-shave-your-legs kind of organic…
(Although, I do love an organic fruit and muesli breakfast)…
I’m talking about organic traffic.
Organic Traffic is basically just a simple way of saying āfree leadsā.
These new, warmed up prospects are approaching your brand, without the use of Facebook ads or āpaid trafficā.Ā
It happens organicallyā¦ yāknow, like how dating happened before apps.
The approach to Organic Traffic isnāt to sit back and wait for your clients to knock on your door thoughā¦ There are some active steps you can take to get yourself in front of dream clients.
And the best way to do that is to harness the power of just a few free Facebook tools.
Pssst thereās a LOT more I have to share with you about my personal tips for organic Facebook trafficā¦ and because youāve taken the step to read this blog youāre ready to take the first steps, right? So Iām going to let you in on it all for a single buck. Click through here and join My Doers Inner Circle on a $1 Trial and get access to my 7-figure strategies as well as the support of over 2000 like-minded female entrepreneurs.
So, let’s get you started!
Here is a breakdown of some of my top strategies for generating organic traffic using Facebook.
4 Facebook Strategies to Market Your Online Courses
Strategy #1: Facebook Live
Time to pull out one of your most powerful marketing tools…
Itās you!
Facebook live gives you the opportunity to have a conversation with your prospects, and speak to them directly.
Give people the opportunity to meet you and interact with you live!
Itās an opportunity to connect with your market and communicate how your online course can work for them.
And, give people the chance to put a face to your name, and product or service.
Your customers can feel like theyāre having a conversation with you, rather than being āsold somethingā.
Facebook lives are easy and seriously effective for generating consults for high ticket items.
Here are a few of my personal tips for hosting a Facebook live:
- Keep it short: 10-15 minutes max
- Host your live through your business page (not personal page, or professional page)
- Make sure you include a description with a link to what youāre offering
- Comment under your own Live with the link
I know you’re fabulous, you know youāre fabulous. So, why not give your customers a chance to know it too!
One of my favourite things to do during a Facebook live session is to help prospects identify the problem youāre helping them fix.
You can acknowledge what this problem is, then point to where they can be and where they will be if they work with you.
Itās your time to shine!
Strategy #2: Facebook Groups
Facebook groups are like untapped diamond mines.
They can be a great place to generate leads and boost engagement!
The key is to add value to the group. Try not to be too spammy to begin with, positive engagement is the key.
Join as MANY groups as you can that relate to your market/ industry. Anything and everything that relates to your business.
I recommend checking the āhouse rulesā before you start posting, to see what kind of content will be accepted š
If youāre feeling bold (go for it!), sometimes spamming can be beneficialā¦ as long as you know the consequences (you might get kicked out of some groupsā¦ but that doesnāt matter!)
Tips for Facebook Groups:
- Post in 3-5 Facebook groups EVERY DAY. You can join up to 5 groups a day without being locked out š
- The posts will be longer and more in depth than those on your personal pages.
- Tailor your posts to include things like case studies, blog posts research, and make sure to include a ācall to actionā to your online course.
- Always comment on your own posts and 5 other posts.
- ENGAGE with people that like your post, comment on it, or reply to your comments
- Donāt post the EXACT same post on multiple groups – Facebook will flag that as spam (and chances are people will notice). Change it up!
Just like mining for diamonds, you can find those gems (leads) by using the right tools.
Tailor your arsenal for maximum impact! Pre-write posts or comments that incorporate your key messaging.
Your posts are KEY to generating leads. Itās all about those leads ladies!
The best posts are those that encourage people to start a conversation with you.
Once you have them talking you have the opportunity to dazzle them with your sparkling personality and drive them to your online course.
Some effective post types are:
- Transformational (Look what iāve seen/experienced)
- Educational (Tips, tricks etc.)
- Story based (inspires trust, connection, and inspiration)
Put yourself out there! What do you have to lose!?
Strategy #3: Facebook Messenger
Imagine a tool which gives you direct access to potential clients/customers, and it’s free!
What would you say if I told you that you potentially already know and use this tool?
Itās Facebook Messenger! People can easily access it on their phones, tablets, and computers.
Not only is it easy to use but it gives you a direct communication link to consumers.
So, Lovely Lady.
Here is the hot tip: Anyone who likes/shares/comments on your post – MESSAGE THEM ON FACEBOOK!
Here are some tips for engaging people through messenger:
- Be super intentional about engaging with them quickly
- You should be messaging 5-10 people a day (people that are connected with the posts you made in Facebook groups!)
- Keep it organic and conversational – donāt be pitchy. Itāll just drive people off.
- Have actual conversations with leads, and add value to your new prospect straight away.
Sounds easy right!?
That’s because it is!
And if youāre thinking āThis is great Grace, but Iām not sure how to do this myselfā Iād love to help you! You can join my own exclusive Doers Inner Circle for $1 USD and get access to myself, my team and all of our Doing strategies right now š
You have the opportunity to give your consumers the chance to have a one-on-one conversation with you.
Once you have that communication channel open you can give people that specialized attention which helps them feel like they are engaging with you on a personal level. From here you can start to build professional relationships.
Facebook groups are a great place to start the conversationā¦.
Messenger keeps the conversation going!
Strategy #4: Personal (Business) Profile Posts
I use my Personal (Business) profile regularly.
Think about it as more of a āprofessionalā or āLinked-Inā type profile.
It can be an effective tool to use alongside a business page and can help build online engagement.
Your personal Facebook profile is for things like dog (or cat) photos, interacting with family, keeping track of personal events, etc.
The ultimate goal is to turn leads into buyers… You wonāt have much luck sharing your business posts or offers with your mum and friends. And equally, you donāt want your prospects seeing your pictures from that wine tour you went on last September.
I recommend setting up a new personal profile dedicated to promoting your business!
Set yourself up for success by posting 10-15 posts in the first week. This will help the profile look like something prospects want to engage with.
Make sure to write and share posts that establish yourself in a position of authority and leadership. Your profile should make prospects trust you and trust in your product/service.
Be a thought leader!
To start off, try posting 3 personal posts per week, ongoing.
Here are some different post types:
- Post #3 – Call To Action (Free Consult to High Ticket Offer)
Posts should drive traffic towards you, so you can take the next step and start the conversation!
Your personal profile is where you convert prospects to consults.
How great is that, just by being yourself, and not paying a cent, you can generate traffic and increase conversion rates.
So, do yourself and your business a favour and create a Personal (Business) Profile!
And there you have it lovely, some of the best tips and tricks for filling your online course using organic traffic strategies through Facebook!
You donāt have to spend thousands to generate traffic…
You just need to implement some free organic traffic strategies to start converting prospects to clients.
Isnāt that exciting!?
Now all you need to do is take the next steps and watch your engagement rise š

Because business is hard. If anyone tells you otherwise (and there are a lot out there), theyāre lying.
If it was easy, why do 80% of businesses fail?!
There are all these people out there telling you those 3 simple things, 10 simple steps, 14 easy ways will 10x your businessā¦
But itās simply not true.
Think about itā¦ if we could Google any answer we need, weād all be billionaires, right?!
Information will only get you so farā¦
The thing that sets my Diamond Doers apart from the crowd is HOW they approach business.
Being a Diamond Doer isn’t about being the richest or the fastest or the techiest or the most popular in your market.
These women are brave, committed, humble, coachable, and insanely passionate about serving a hurting market.
AND – they have access to a support network of like-minded ladies.
If you can relate to these qualities, then congrats!
My big secret about building a successful business, AKA a business that lasts five years, 10 years, 20 years and beyond, will be PERFECT for you!
Pssst thereās a LOT more I have to share with you about the secrets of successā¦ and because youāve taken the step to read this blog youāve proved youāre ready to apply them to your business. Youāre already a Doer! So Iām going to let you in on all my secrets for a single buck. Now, letās cut to the chase shall we?
I can hear you shouting āGrace, please, just tell us!ā
Well, without further ado, here it is:
The Secret Sauce Of Successful Female Entrepreneurs
Successful businesses are able to grow and thrive only IF their founder is disciplined.
AND –
Their founder accepts they do not know everything, and cannot do everything.
Founders are like a load bearing wall, if they fail the entire system crumbles.
That’s a heavy weight to bear.
So, who makes sure they stay standing, who provides support for THEM?
When I first started my business I almost toppled under the weight of ādoing it allā.
And I wasnāt enjoying myself. I HATED some of the daily tasks I needed to do.
I became lazy, because I had nobody to hold me accountable for my actions…
It was only when I found my own support network that I was able to buckle down and really start DOING.
I remember my mentor giving me a hard dose of reality, she sat me down and told me…
āGrace, be DISCIPLINED, and look after your healthā
I wasnāt looking after myself. I was constantly ābusyā, but I wasnāt actually getting anything done.
I knew where I WANTED to beā¦ I wanted to be operating in a state where I woke up with crystal clear focus, serious work ethic, discipline, bundles of energy, and extreme efficiency.
As female entrepreneurs, many of us are SUPER disciplined in other parts of our life.
So much so that our businesses sometimes struggle.
My mentors showed me how to take that discipline I had in life and apply it to my business.
And I will admit, at first I was concerned I couldnāt do it.
The kicker for me was, I needed to STOP forcing myself to do the things I hated, the things I found unpleasant. Instead I focused on the things I was good at, the things I genuinely enjoyed doing.
And, I needed to stop wearing ābusyā as a badge of honor.
I didnāt have control of my life. I was doing things the wrong way around. I was letting my business controll MY life.
Once I broke that cycle and started operating in a state where I was able to be efficient with my time and super productive, I became a well oiled machine.
I started seeing results, REAL results.
The choices I made were mine, and I own them.
BUT –
Without a shadow of a doubt, I couldnāt have done it without the support and advice of my mentor.
Because the truth is (and I say this a lot), business is hard.
Itās really as simple as that.
There isnāt an easy fix!
And if youāre thinking āThis is great Grace, but Iām not sure how this can help meā Iād love to show you! You can join my own exclusive Doers Inner Circle for $1 USD and get access to myself, my team and all of our Doing strategies right now
Because no matter how many times you google āhow to build a business fastā, all the information in the world canāt help you unless you sit-down and implement it… and that takes knowledge and experience.
I know very few people who held ALL the skills and had ALL the knowledge to grow on their own (when they first launched their business).
And with nobody to hold them accountable or provide support they struggled.
You need someone to lean on, someone to provide advice and push you to do your best š
I can guarantee EVERY successful female entrepreneur has at some stage relied on the advice of mentors.
People who have walked in their shoes, who KNOW what itās like trying to grow a business.
Wouldnāt it be nice to have someone supporting you who has been in the same place you areā¦
And who knows how to guide you through (while maintaining your sanity)?
Do not underestimate the VALUE of other people, and their experiences.
You donāt need to go it alone Darl!
A mentor will be able to tell you that your meltdown or possible failure is a product of how passionate you are about your business, that you ARE good enough, and that you are an intelligent, fearless entrepreneur.
Having someone in your corner can be the difference between a break though and a break down.
Itās the only way youāll slip into that 20% category of businesses that survive.Ā
I have countless stories of my failures.
The defining factor, and the thing that helped me get through my own āice cream on the kitchen floorā moments were the people who I surrounded myself with.
Because the hard truth?
No one does it alone.
Heck, I couldnāt have done it alone!
When my mentors made me accountable for my decisions within my businessā¦
I gained momentum I had only dreamed about before.
And hand on heart, it really was that simple.
These incredible mentors and experts were in my corner, raising me up from a small-town country girl to where I am todayā¦
Where I have the confidence and clarity to run a successful 8-figure business.
So, really, itās NO big secret.
Success is what you make it.
It comes down to the choices you make. The leaps of faith you choose to follow through with.
What are the real, shortest, and easiest path to success in business?
The KEY traits and habits commonly associated with healthy and thriving female business owners?
The answers are simple: they CHOOSE to surround themselves with a support network that holds them accountable. They lean on others. They are disciplined but know when to take advice from others.
You know that saying, āit takes a villageā…
It doesnāt just apply to raising kids š
Those successful women entrepreneurs you look at and think āāWHAT is their secret!?ā….
The truth is that itās not a what, itās a WHO.
Itās who they have in their corner, who they have supporting them on their journey to success.
And if youāre feeling like YOU would see value from some support, you can take it one step further and join my Doers Inner Circle for SO much moreā¦ and because youāve already shown youāre a Doer I want to let you inside on a $1 USD Trial! Click through here and youāll get straight inside my exclusive community for a single buck.
Because, nothing is more powerful or effective than knowing you have people who WANT you to succeed.
Not only want you to reach success, but want to help you get there.

Hey lovely,

- Arianna Huffington, Co-Founder of The Huffington Post
Sometimes these moments are unavoidableā¦ but there was something that would always help me get up and get DOING again.
For me, quotes were a HUGE motivational pick-me-up!
Now, I know this sounds kind of āfluffyā. And, if you know me, you know how much I distrust āfluffyā.
There is nothing wrong with dreaming big! So, hear me out here…
If you want something badly, chances are you will find a way to make it happen.
But, iām telling you now Darl, itās going to take a lot more than a few vision boards.
I remember a time when I was drowning in debtā¦
I had just left my corporate job and decided to embark on the exciting journey of becoming a female entrepreneur.
I could see the end goal and I thought I was going to be a success within the year.
All I wanted is to serve women in a way that got THEM results. Show them that theyāre not alone, and quite literally change lives.
I thought I was equipped for the challengeā¦ but in reality I knew nothing.
I was stuck in the manual day to dayā¦ dreaming of what could be.
Only when I stepped out of my comfort zone and took action did I start to see real results.
Not sure how to break through those tough roadblocks? We can help. Join The Doers Inner Circle in a risk-free trial today, and start working smarter (not harder).
Because, success isnāt just about dreaming itās about DOING.
āAlways aim high, work hard, and care deeply about what you believe in. And, when you stumble, keep faith. And, when youāre knocked down, get right back up and never listen to anyone who says you canāt or shouldnāt go on.ā
- Hillary Clinton, American Politician and former First Lady of United States
The nature of being an entrepreneur means that we need to embrace ambiguity and become comfortable with being challenged every day.
Have you ever ridden a roller coaster?
Well, being a female entrepreneur means youāre riding a constant roller coaster of emotions. You can experience dizzying highs, and crushing lows.
But, just like in real life, seeing others go through the same experience and survive can be the push you need to get on the ride.
Quotes are my personal way to connect with some of the greatest female minds of our age.
Think Oprah Winfrey, Cher Wang, Coco Chanel, Gail Blankeā¦
They have all ridden the roller coaster, but instead of letting the fear crush them – it made them stronger.
So, what makes quotes so powerful?
Humans are naturally aspirational.
Seeing the successes of others can be influential in changing our thinking and helping us see something in ourselves that we want to change or overcome.
And, understanding how others have achieved success can be a pilar for your own.
BUT –
Remember, each and every one of us has a different goal and is after a different result.
Are you stuck sweating the small stuff? Join The Doers Inner Circle on a risk-free trial today, and we can show you how to break through your mindset roadblocks and start seeing results.
Donāt define your success by what others have achieved.
Create your own path and be proud of the outcome!
āDefine success on your own terms, achieve it by your own rules, and build a life youāre proud to live.ā
- Anne Sweeney, Co-Chair of Disney Media Networks

Grace
From The Desk Of Grace Lever
Aldgate, South Australia
Grace here,
And what Iām about to reveal to you is going to be a little controversial, especially if you want to use or have been using Facebook Ads to grow your business.
Iām going to tell you why you should boycott Facebook Adsā¦
And how if you use it, youāll almost certainly be flushing tens of thousands of dollars down the drainā¦
And wonāt ever attract the high-paying clients you want.
But most importantly if you are interested in profiting from Facebook Adsā¦
Iām also going to reveal how I can spend over $100,000 per month on Facebook Ads (even though costs have tripled over the last 12 months)ā¦
And how Iām also getting a 5 to 1 return on that ad spendā¦ even in a cluttered market.
Meaning for every $1 I spend, Iām getting $5 back or moreā¦
But first, let me explain what happened when I discovered the gold nugget that was Facebook advertising a few years ago.
It was revolutionary at the timeā¦ it changed everything for me and my business.
Not only could I easily get my offer in front of my ideal clients at the click of a buttonā¦
But Facebook would help me do it in the most effective and profitable way possible! Jackpot.
I was flying high, spending $1 and making back $3.
My biggest victory came when I discovered my webinar funnel.
Iād pay $100, and make back $500 every time!
That was how I got my first 5000 students in my coaching programsā¦
All off the back of Facebook advertising.
I was on top of the worldā¦ I thought Iād cracked the secret to sales that would see me through to retirementā¦
But very quickly I discovered that wasnāt the case.
The price for the ads started to rise, and my profits began to drop.
I was making less and less from my ads, until one day, I slipped into the negatives!
I was losing money in a desperate attempt to make it, so I had no choice but to switch my webinar ads off.
I was at such a loss.
Why
Well, Iād spent time as a digital marketing coach, helping other businesses attempt to make a return using other advertising platformsā¦
Google, SEO, AdWords, and all other sortsā¦
And I knew that Facebook had made those basically obsolete.
Instead of paying thousands, you could pay cents on Facebook and get a massive returnā¦
And instead of getting your message in front of maybe a thousand people, you had access to the two billion active users on Facebook every day!
Facebook advertising was such a no-brainer for me.
Iād watched as harnessing the power of these ads had grown my clientās businesses incredibly fastā¦
And witnessed it in my own business too.
Facebook ads got me to 6-figures in 6-weeks, and 7-figures in 12 months!
I knew the platform was beyond powerful, but my reality didnāt look quite so good.
Hereās the thingā¦
As Iād grown more and more excited about Facebook advertising, so had my competitors.
While my webinar funnel had been live, my competitors doubled, leaving me drowning in a much more saturated space than Iād originally ventured into.
Facebook had a stronger corporate push than everā¦
And there were more ads popping up, whether audiences were viewing it on a mobile or desktop news feed.
Honestly… this gave me a lot of doubt.
Like I said, I knew that Facebook was the secret sauce to affordable business advertisingā¦
But it was intimidating knowing what was out there.
Really, knowing who was out thereā¦ big name competitors were targeting the same people I was.
I started to blame myself and question EVERYTHING I did.
āMy Facebook ad copy isnāt good enoughā¦
Iāve clearly stuffed something up in Facebook Ads Manager… or I havenāt created my custom audience right… because Iām really not techy enough for thisā¦
My Facebook Ad campaign isnāt sharp enough… my Ad sets are blending inā¦
My Facebook page isnāt cutting through the clutter…
Iām targeting the wrong Facebook users or have the wrong Facebook Ad typesā¦
My video views have dropped – maybe they arenāt right either…
My offer just canāt compete ā Iām not experienced enough at what I doā¦
These were all the crazy thoughts running through my head as I laid the blame on myself.
And even though I knew Facebook was worth my while and I was capable of getting results, my mind was full of these doubts that I couldnāt shakeā¦
So much so, I was considering boycotting it altogether.
The price of ads was simply too hard to justifyā¦
And it didnāt seem like anyone had any answers.
Before I threw in the towel on paid advertising though, I decided to reach out to some of the āsocial media expertsā Iād seen in the Facebook advertising space.
They threw all sorts of suggestions at me:
Just write your copy differently, and then youāll make a saleā¦
Check your targeting options reflect your target audience…
Run a traffic campaign and just send people to your website where they can buyā¦
Tweak your call to actionā¦
Review your landing page…
Spend some cents on a photoshoot ā itās your images that are losing you moneyā¦
Focus on likes and brand awareness instead of sales, so you can build up a following to sell to.
Does this advice sound familiar to you at all!?
Well, believe me, I tried it all.
I tweaked my ads, I changed their focus, and I threw so much of my energy into trying to get my
viewers onto my website, or to like my pageā¦
But I still wasnāt seeing cash results ā you know, the ones that matter.
All these tips and tricks were taking me more time to implement than I was actually spending coaching female entrepreneursā¦
You know ā what my business actually exists to do.
It felt like I was just pouring time and money into a holey bucket!
Iād invest and invest, and sure itād fill up for a second with new leads and prospectsā¦
I knew that these gurus werenāt giving me the right advice, but truthfully, I was frustrated at myself too.
I was supposed to be a pro at this marketing thingā¦ Iād worked in Google Ads for years, so why wasnāt this knowledge translating into Facebook Ads too?
Why had my results changed so drastically, just because my market had got more saturated?
I decided that I needed to draw a line in the sand and step back.
So I grabbed out my laptop and logged into my account.
I scrolled through my page, past the pictures of friends weddings, cat videos, and statusesā¦
And focus instead on the ads being targeted towards me.
It was hard sometimes to notice them, as they just blended in.
Facebookās algorithm had dictated what kinds of ads Iād be interested in, so my feed was full of everything from office supplies, to celebrity chefs, to funnel builders, to episodes of The Bachelorā¦
But as I scrolled through each of these ads it dawned on me:
Everything these brands were usingā¦
All these strategies the gurus were teachingā¦
Well, it was all just very complicated.
Laughably complicated sometimes!
The strategy was weak, the copy was aggressive, and the offers were just really low value!
Nothing appealed to me from these ads because they were just too complicatedā¦
āBuy my this…ā, āJoin my thatā¦ā, āCome to my xyzā¦ā
So thatās when I decided to take a different approach.
I was overcomplicating things too.
I was selling low-ticket items, and being way too upfront with my offer.
You see, thereās a distinct difference between Facebook Ads and other platforms like Google for example.
When your market Googles you, theyāre actively looking for your solution to their problem.
Theyāre a hot audience, halfway through the buying process before they even arrive at your website.
So if someoneās typing in āyoga teacher, Sydneyā into the search bar of Googleā¦
Safe to say, theyāre looking for a yoga teacher in Sydney.
So, your ad can ask them up front: want to do yoga in Sydney?
Where so many marketers go wrong (like I was too) is that they treat Facebook in this same way.
You see, what I realised is that Facebook is a much cooler audience.
Theyāre not looking for you ā theyāre just scrolling through pictures of their friends.
But, because they might love yoga, and live around the corner from your studio, your job will be to interrupt them. To stop that scroll.
And we have 2 choices: we can be like basically every other advertiser in our market, and go straight for the kill on Facebook tooā¦
Or, we can take a different approach: a āGive Firstā approach.
This was my great discovery that changed the game for me with Facebook.
The āGive Firstā approach means offering them something for free to start the conversation.
You know, like a downloadable, or a cheat sheet, or a 6-minute workout video they can do from home if youāre that yoga teacher, for example.
And then, you can carry them into the next part of the sale ā gently!
Throughout this process I learned really quickly that Facebook is a fantastic platform to throw money at, and get no results (if youāre into that)ā¦
Unless you ignore all that silly āguruā advice out there about trying to get likes or website hitsā¦
And focus instead on giving your prospects value before asking them to buy from you.
Stopping the scroll, remember?
When I realised this, I knew it was time to launch something fresh.
For once, it wasnāt about the ad itself ā it was about the funnel.
It was about offering my ideal clients something that was of value to them, and dropping them into a funnel that would also provide them with immense value.
Sure, the factors like the copy, the image and the ads youāre running all play into itā¦
But thereās no doubt in my mind that the money-making part of your ad will be the funnel youāre sending your interested viewers to.
So I built a funnel.
I scratched my old way of doing things, and threw those gurus suggestions out the window and I just built a simple funnel.
It looked like this:
1.A Facebook Ad that sent people toā¦
2.A āGive Firstā lead magnet, that on downloading took them toā¦
3.A thank you page, that invited them into a consult.
Three steps was all it tookā¦
To get back on top of the Facebook game.
I put this plan into action, and all of a sudden people started clicking on my adsā¦
The opt-in costs werenāt amazing, but there were better than beforeā¦
And the cool thing was, I got a couple of consults right away!
They were still too expensive to justify though, but they told me I was on the right path.
I tweaked my lead magnet, relaunched the campaignā¦
And the cost dropped again!
All of a sudden, the flood gates opened.
Like clockwork, I watched as my ads started working ā finally!
No matter how much I invested into them, Iād get a return like nothing Iād seen before.
And the best part of this great funnel was that it didnāt just work onceā¦
But over and over again!
What a flipping dream, right?!
Talk about breakthrough!
In the space of 2 years, Iāve made $20 million just from these ads alone.
All because I was advertising the right offer ā a high ticket, high-value offerā¦
In the right way ā by first offering to give them value, like a downloadable cheat sheet!
Eventually, Iāve also been able to build up my backend to take risks with low-ticket sales tooā¦
Like spending $50 to get a $35 book sale, in order to draw in new very warm leads I can engage with later.
And most of my competitors out there in the marketing game canāt take these kind of risks, because theyāve never taken the time to build out their powerful Facebook Ad funnel properlyā¦
Which makes me even more able to cut through my saturated market.
Since I discovered and launched this simple funnel, our profit margins are even better than they were beforeā¦
And since sharing this funnel with clients, theyāve been able to see the same game-changing results in their businesses too!
Results that, let me remind you, are coming even while advertising prices are still going up.
Your competitors donāt know this secret advantage, and trust me, theyāre running scared.
At some point, the advertising costs are going to plateau, and while I donāt know when, I think itāll be soon.
Itās simply going to become too expensive for people who donāt know how to run ads properlyā¦
I watched first hand as the same thing happened with Google Ads ā the price went up and up and up, until one day it stopped.
So, weāve got a huge opportunity in front of us as female entrepreneurs, right?!
We can run scared with our competitors, turning to other means of advertising that might look cheaper for now, but inevitably have the same fate as those that have gone before themā¦
Which means kissing our market goodbye, right?!
Because weāll no longer have one of the most powerful platforms on our side to get our message in front of the right people.
Our leads wonāt be nearly as qualifiedā¦
And our investment in advertising wonāt be nearly as powerful.
Or, instead of running awayā¦
We could run alongside Facebook instead, using it for what itās worth, but doing so in a smart way that doesnāt burn a hole in our wallet.
When stock markets crash, thatās the prime time to invest in stocksā¦
When Facebook prices go up, itās the same philosophy ā itās time to invest.
Iām just one woman, sure, but my results speak for themselvesā¦
Not to mention, the results from thousands of female entrepreneurs Iāve worked with to help implement this simple, one-funnel strategy in their Facebook ads too.
So as far as I see it, those 2 options are all weāve got:
Go with the old system, and end up boycotting Facebook forever, because itās really not going to be profitableā¦
Or take a new, Give-First approach, and harness the power of Facebook ads in a way your competitors arenāt.
Impact more peopleā¦
For less money (did someone say, spend $1 and make $3, again?!)
I hope this advice has been useful for the next time youāre creating your ad.

Hey Lovely,
I constantly see female entrepreneurs struggling to map out their online course.
As in… They donāt know what modules and lessons to put inside, in what order.
It turns into a complicated jumble in their head, making them put their course in the too-hard basket…
Take months or years to launch it…
Or even shelve it forever and miss a slice of that $150 billion e-learning industry thatās just waiting to be staked.
Years ago I stumbled upon this simple strategy of mapping out a course logically and in a way that flows…
And I promise you, once you know this you will never wonder what to put inside your course again.
And youāll see itās so simple, so you donāt have to waste another second stuck in course creation limbo.
And the way it works is this.
Right now, youāre encoded with a unique Genius Zone that shows people the way out of their most painful frustrations.
And this Genius Zone might have four or even five courses in it.
Thatās where things can get really confusing.
A lot of people have so many thoughts, ideas and opportunities swirling in their minds…
And the challenge is to pull all that knowledge and experience into one, beautiful structured signature program thatās simple for your market to pick up and consume.
I was recently talking to someone and I said to her, “Right, I want you to structure out your course and be really selective in what you put inside. Don’t overdo it.”
She came back to me with an Excel spreadsheet and each lesson had its own row.
There were 487 rows. 487.
Can you imagine doing a course that contained this many lessons?
People would get overwhelmed and probably cry by the end of module one.
This lady had 10 courses in her head and was trying to squeeze them all together.
You just have to be selective and pick one.
So how do you do that when there is so much ground to cover?
I have a framework to make this process super simple, and lets you to create a short, sharp and concise course with modules and lessons that flow.
When youāre creating a course, you’re going to have a journey that you’re taking people on, right?
You’re taking them from A to Z.
Firstly, figure out what A and Z represents for your market.
Think of A as the problem. This is where they are today.
Theyāre stuck in this problem because they don’t have your Genius Zone.
Whether itās not being able to put their child to sleep, and as a result, they haven’t slept in two years…
Or maybe they don’t know about nutrition and eating for their body type, so as a result, they’ve really been struggling with their weight and yo-yo dieting.
Or maybe they’re a business owner and they don’t have your social media marketing skills.
So as a result, their social media doesnāt have the credibility that paints them as an expert.
Outline that problem in less than a sentence. What does it feel like to be in that situation?
You might find this hard to crystallise upfront because you donāt have this problem. Itās your Genius Zone, right?
So imagine them in the middle of the night, on the floor with a tub of ice cream, devastated about this problem. Imagine that moment and write it down.
Maybe you’re like the business I had, which was an automation coaching agency that helped people who were burnt out and exhausted from a running manual businesses and could not take one more day.
That’s how I’d write my marketās problem out.
Then, at the other end of the page, I want you to write out what their brand new day looks like, in just a few words. This is the āZā part, where youāre taking them to.
So at the end of my automation coaching course, my clients were able to have a streamlined, systemized business that could run hands-free, where they could save eight hours every single week.
Or maybe your sleep training course is able to give a mum six hours of sleep back a night from three months of age.
So what does that brand new day look like? At the end of working with you, what can they achieve?
If you had that person on the kitchen floor in front of you, and you’re allowed to tell them six steps to leave their problem…
What would those steps be?
What steps do they need to take from a constantly crying baby to getting 6 hours of restful sleep a night?
You can have up to eight steps…
And sometimes you end up with 10, so you might think “Ok, let’s simplify this. These two steps could actually be one.ā
These steps end up becoming the modules for your course.
Can you see the power of this?
And once you’ve got the modules locked in, simply put six to eight lessons under each one and you’re good to go.
This process allows you to take all of that confusion and stuff that’s up in your head, and simplify it right down.
And you are not allowed to have more than eight modules. Sorry, that’s my rule.
I hope this has made mapping out your beautiful signature online program easierā¦
So you can take all the knowledge swirling up in your head and start monetising it.

Hey there, Grace here.
Today, weāre going to dive straight into theĀ 3 main Facebook ad mistakesĀ that advertisers make when running campaignsā¦
Mistakes Iāve made too, that once cost me $30k in one totally avoidable campaign.
But mistakes that you donāt have to make, if you choose this different route.
And hereās the best partā¦
These mistakes have absolutely nothing to do with Facebook ads.
Sure, Iām going to teach you later HOW to actually write an irresistible Facebook adā¦
But the reason people are failing has less to do with the ad itselfā¦
And more to do with what comes next.
Pssst there’s a LOT more I have to share with you to avoid traps like these and then some… and because you’ve taken the step to read this blog you’ve proved you’re a Doer already, right? So I’m going to let you in on it all for a single buck. Click through here and join My Doers Inner Circle on a $1 Trial and get access to my 7-figure strategies as well as the support of over 2000 like-minded female entrepreneurs.
So, to avoid sure-fire ad failure, and save yourself tens of thousands in the process, just keep readingā¦
You see, when I first started pursuing my āGive Firstā strategy in Facebook ads, I knew I was onto a good thingā¦
I was offering something that my audience wanted instead of just asking them to buy my product or service.
I had that right, but where was I going wrong?
Well, you see, as soon as they became interested and clicked through my ad to find out moreā¦
I sent them to my website.
Introducing reason #1 why most Facebook ads flop ā sending your viewers to your website.
This sounds great in theory ā what else are you supposed to do?!
It seems like common sense to send people through to a page on your website, doesnāt it?
Well yes, but thereās a big problem you seeā¦
Websites have navigation bars.
Websites have links to blogs.
Websites have sidebars, pop-ups, home pages, contact forms, and everything else.
And as a result, there are just too many decisions that your traffic are invited to make while theyāre on that page!
Donāt get me wrong, websites arenāt bad in and of themselves ā you need one, itās 2020.
But your website isnāt where you need to send your traffic to from your Facebook ad.
So where is?
A landing page!
The first landing page at the start of your Facebook funnel, to be exact.
Your landing page looks similar to your website in terms of branding, but the key difference of this page (and every other page in the rest of the funnel Iām going to show you) isā¦
Thereās only ONE action people can take.
For example, on the page you might sayā¦
Want to download my free cheat sheet (aka. Your āGive Firstā lead magnet) ā yes or no?
Want to watch a free 15-minute workout video ā yes or no?
Want to access my free business roadmap ā yes or no?
By giving them this one option, your landing page will convert infinitely better than your website would!
Just quietly darl ā this will be your secret advantage when it comes to Facebook ads.
A website will typically convert at around 5%ā¦
So, if 100 people are interested in your ad, and clicking through to your āGive Firstā lead magnet, 5 of them will hand over their email address and take that next step.
But, listen to THISā¦
If youāre sending those people who click your Facebook ad to your landing pageā¦
One that might look a bit like this:
Youāll be looking at more like 50% conversions ā sometimes more!
(Iāve even had girls in my community that have taken my landing page and applied it to their business, and converted at up to 77%).
So, instead of just 5 new emails, you can get more like 50 people giving you their name and emailā¦
And taking that next step towards a sale with you.
Can you see the power in this yet?
One simple switch could see you having 5x as many people booking into your calendar than what your competitors are gettingā¦
Nuts, right?!
And the other cool thing is, you can get software that will actually create these landing pages for you as well using their own templates.
So itās totally easy to avoid throwing tens of thousands of dollars down the drain.
Once I realised that I was falling short by sending my Facebook ads to my website, I switched things up.
I created my lead magnet, and sent my ads to a landing page insteadā¦
And thus became the first step in my Facebook funnel ?
So, what was next? Once I had my clientās email address from their download, was that the point that I needed to go in for the kill and email them to buy my offer?
Well, not quite ?
You see, thatās what the ā7 Figure Facebook Funnelā is all aboutā¦ taking your market from your irresistibly crafted Facebook ad that might look something like thisā¦
To your value-packed lead magnet hosted on your landing page, which looks like thisā¦
And then (and only then) to your offer, hosted on a thank you page that looks like this:
Here is where youāll thank them for downloading your lead magnet and let them know itās on its way, but in the meantime, they can find out more about your other offer to help them in a more tailored way.
Even the most inexperienced coach, consultant or professional servicewoman
Can literally create a 7-figure system from 3 web pages.
Simple, right!?
Thatās the key, instead of creating complicated, convoluted funnels, all you have to do to have raving Facebook ad success is create one simple funnelā¦
With one simple ad, one simple landing page, and one simple thank you page.
And if you’re thinking ‘This is great Grace, but I’m not sure how to do this myself’ I’d love to help you! You can join my own exclusive Doers Inner Circle for $1 USD and get access to myself, my team and all of our Doing strategies right now š
But, this brings me to reason number #2 why Facebook ads flopā¦
That being: the offer.
And no, Iām not talking about your lead magnet here (stay with me)ā¦
Iām talking about something different.
When I first started offering my products and services through Facebook ads, I wanted to dip my toes in the waterā¦
And as a result, I was focussing on promoting my low-ticket offers.
You know, my $27 mini-courses, $97 programs, and other lower-priced opportunities.
But hereās the thingā¦
Facebook isnāt going to charge you less if youāre promoting a low-ticket offer, compared to if youāre promoting a high-ticket one.
To actually make a return on my Facebook investment, I realised I needed to shift my focus.
The reason that advertisers are drowning in the rising Facebook advertising costs is because they never had this realizationā¦
Fact.
Think about it, if youāre spending $100 on an ad, getting 20 people to opt-in to your lead magnet, and getting 3 people to book into your calendarā¦
Wouldnāt you rather those people buy a $2,000 product, instead of a $27 one?
Or let me put it this wayā¦
Would you rather make $81 or $6,000?
I think itās a no-brainer, right?!
But for so many people falling on their face with Facebook, theyāve missed this step.
So, instead of offering a $27 mini-course or $97 programā¦
Use your funnel to make real income, and as a result, real IMPACT on your clientās lives.
Whether itās a high-ticket coaching program, a $2k online course, a VIP retreat, a one-on-one coaching service, or whatever else it might beā¦
Use your consult call at the end of your funnel to sell that, and you wonāt go wrong ?
Itās simple, right?!
That brings me to the third and final reason that advertisers flop when it comes to Facebook adsā¦
The biggest reason why my ad strategy is different, compared to so many others out there is:
Itās simple.
A lot of āGurusā out there are teaching all these convoluted and complex advertising strategies that are cool on the surface, but are just so damn complicated!
And aggressive, too!
In all my experience with Facebook advertising, Iāve realised that anyone can make something complicatedā¦
It takes a skilled business-woman in the loop (like you are now), to make something thatās powerful AND simple.
Instead of building up all these convoluted approaches and aggressive techniques that all but beg my ad readers to buy my product, or join my programā¦
Iāve realised that offering them value first in a simple funnel is the way to go:
Start with your ad, offering your lead magnet (that free cheat sheet, downloadable or video that provides immense value to your clients off the bat)ā¦
Then take them to a landing page (not a website) where they can put their email in to get the lead magnetā¦
And while itās downloading, show them the thank you page where youāll promote your consult or program.
This way they only have one choice to make at each stepā¦
And the whole process is a lot more simple and gentle.
As long as you hold back from falling into the trap of these mistakes?
Now if any of these are common practice for you, donāt feel let down.
Theyāre easy to make, and insanely common because theyāre how Facebook ads used to be.
But now, with the market so saturated, and 2 billion active users on Facebook who are sick of those complicated, aggressive advertisementsā¦
Weāve got to shake things up a bit, donāt we?
The system is broken if weāre doing it the old way, and you can easily avoid falling into the same traps so many advertisers do by following this Facebook Funnel Formula instead.
Use landing pages if you want to see serious conversionā¦
Focus on high-ticket offers if you want to make a real return on your investmentā¦
And keep it simple if you want to avoid the convoluted funnels and strategies for good.
Now, at this point, you might be thinking,
Okay, thatās all well and goodā¦
But I donāt know WHAT to actually create in terms of a lead magnet?
How do I narrow down my training into a free ācheat sheetā that my market wants!?
Donāt worry, Iāve got a formula for that too ?
Stay tuned for the next blog post in the series, because Iām blowing the secret to irresistible lead magnets wide open!
Itās called The Cheap Tool I Use To Attract Dream Clients Using Facebook Ads .

Or maybe youāre wonderingā¦
Okay, I get all that, but how do I actually write a Facebook ad?!
Itās all well and good to set up the funnel, but what do I say to draw people in in the first place?
If you feel like that, I get it.
Copywriting doesnāt come all that naturally for me to, but Iāve learnt an awesome way to be able to write Facebook ad copy, even if youāre not a trained writer.
Iāll share about that with you with My Million Dollar Facebook Ad Template (Perfect Even If Youāve Never Written An Ad In Your Life)
Stay tuned for that, because I have a feeling that Facebook might just be that thing youāve been looking forā¦
Until then,
Grace
